1. What if the E-CLEANER no longer builds up pressure?Please check if the device has been cleaned regularly or perform a cleaning according to the operating instructions – it is possible that only the filter is dirty and there is cerumen in the filter area.
If the cleaning has been carried out – or the device has been freshly cleaned – then please also check whether all hoses are securely attached, as otherwise the device cannot build up pressure.
If neither cleaning nor checking the hoses has been successful, please send the device to us – with a description of the error (you can also use our repair and warranty form, which you can find on our homepage) – please also provide a contact person with an email address so that we can get back to you quickly.
2. The “Duration” function when drying with the E-CLEANERWhen the “Duration” option is selected during the drying process, the drying automatically turns off after 15 minutes – if the timer function is selected, the drying runs for 5 minutes.
