1. What if the MARK V no longer builds pressure?Please check if the device has been cleaned regularly or perform a cleaning according to the operating instructions – it is possible that only the filter is dirty and there is cerumen in the filter area. If the cleaning was not successful, then please send us the device – with a description of the error (you can also use our repair and warranty form, which you can find on our homepage) – please also provide a contact person with an email so that we can get back to you quickly.
